Day trip to Airborne Assault ... Friday 6th May 2016

Airborne Assault - The Museum of The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces

We had lodge members, lodge visitors and a team from Colchester, which included "Lisa" from PRA Colchester (Pegasus Magazine) ... Sandy Milbank Assistant to the PRA Secretary and Major (retd) Adam, and a special lady who received the Elizabeth Cross.

Our group was hosted by Bob Hilton Asst Curator, he give an excellent talk and walk round our part of the Air Space hangar and a chance to have a 'hands-on' experience with some of our WWII weapons. We then was free to explore the rest of the site.
